Digital delivery only

All products in this store are digital downloads. No physical item is dispatched, so there are no postage charges, delivery addresses for a parcel or physical return arrangements.

When files are available

Download instructions are sent after successful payment and any required order checks. For products advertised as instant downloads, delivery normally follows payment automatically. If you do not receive the email or cannot access the download, contact julianadamsyoutube@hotmail.com so we can investigate.

Finding your download

Check the inbox and spam or junk folder for the email address used at checkout. Use the product’s link in that email to open the download page, then save the files to your computer. Keep the email for future reference.

Opening your files

If your download is a ZIP archive, extract it before opening the contents. Follow any included instructions and check the required software on the product page. For the Adobe Stock Workflow, begin with “00 - Start Here” and then follow the numbered folders.

Access problems

If an email is missing, a link does not work or a file will not open, email julianadamsyoutube@hotmail.com with your order number, checkout email and a description of what happened. Include a screenshot or error message where available. Do not share your private download links publicly.
