The terms for purchasing and using TheProvenLab’s digital tools, templates and workflows.

About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from TheProvenLab through this website. Read the product description, software requirements and licence information before ordering. Keep a copy of these terms and your order confirmation for reference. For questions, email julianadamsyoutube@hotmail.com.

Our digital products

We supply downloadable digital content, including workflow files, templates, instructions and related resources. No physical product is shipped. The product page describes what is included, the price and any stated requirements. Third-party apps, subscriptions and software licences are separate unless expressly included.

Ordering and payment

Review your order and contact details before completing checkout. The total payable and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Use an email address you can access, as delivery information is sent there. We may need to review an order where payment cannot be verified or there is a reasonable concern about fraud; contact us if delivery is delayed.

Digital delivery

After successful payment and any required checks, download instructions are sent to the email used at checkout. Open your download link, save the files and extract any ZIP archive before following the included instructions. If you cannot access your files, contact us with your order number. See our digital delivery policy for details.

Licence and permitted use

Your purchase provides a licence to use the supplied files under the licence stated on the product page or included with the product. Copyright and ownership of the underlying files remain with TheProvenLab or the relevant rights holder. Do not resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the supplied files, including modified versions, unless the applicable licence expressly permits it.

These terms do not grant additional commercial-use rights where the product licence does not provide them. Rights in outputs you create and any third-party assets or software are governed by their applicable licences. If a licence is unclear, contact us before purchasing or using the files for that purpose.

Software and third-party services

You are responsible for obtaining the software and subscriptions accurately specified for the product. External providers can change their services, pricing and rules. Follow those providers’ terms, and review any platform’s current submission requirements before publishing or uploading your work. Any names or logos identifying compatible software do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Results and product descriptions

Tools and workflows support your work; they do not guarantee income, sales, stock-library acceptance or a particular result. Outcomes depend on your inputs, judgement and third-party decisions. Digital content must still meet the description and standards required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes that obligation.

Cancellations, faults and refunds

Downloaded files cannot be returned like physical goods. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after digital supply has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a file or workflow is not working, contact us with a clear description and available evidence so we can assist first.

For UK and EU consumers, the 14-day cancellation right for digital content is lost only after the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and supply begins. Agreement to these terms alone does not waive it. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content remain. See the refund policy for the process and available remedies.

Responsible use and account access

Do not use this website or the supplied files unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, attempt to bypass security or interfere with the store. Keep access to your account and download links secure. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, subject to your statutory rights and any remedies required by law.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We are responsible for loss or damage to the extent required by applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability for faulty digital content.

Changes and disputes

Changes to these terms apply to future purchases; they do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. We will try to resolve concerns directly. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring proceedings in courts available under applicable law remain unaffected.
